Salad recipe with pinocchio

Here is a recipe for a delicious salad with pinocchio:

Ingredients:

1 head of pinocchio
4 cups of fresh arugula
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Instructions:

Arrange the arugula on a plate or a large tray.

Cut the pinocchio in half and place it in the middle of the arugula.

Sprinkle fresh cherry tomatoes and walnuts around the buratta.

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the dressing over the salad, carefully sprinkling the buratta.

Serve the salad with buratta immediately to preserve freshness and flavor.
